A rare, fine quality gold and silver antique brooch.

The silver and gilt brooch is filled with old european cut diamonds in a setting made up of intricate flowers, bows, loops and wreaths. Adding to this is the combination of bezel and claw settings that have been used to display the diamonds and add interest to the overall design.
The vivid blue sapphires are a magnificent contrast to the diamonds. Set into yellow gold, a beautiful contrast that subtley highlights their rich blue colour.
Gold pin on reverse and loop to accommodate a chain so brooch can be worn around the neck as a pendant.
